Department of Chemical & Biomolecular Engineering, The Johns Hopkins University. Baltimore, USA

Konstantinos Konstantopoulos, from the Johns Hopkins Whiting School of Engineering in Baltimore, US, is trying to understand the mechanisms by which tumour cells migrate through confined environments using a combination of microfluidics, imaging, cell biology and mathematical modelling.

He has been invited by Miguel Ángel Valverde (UPF).
