Intervals course "Mindfulness for improved self mastery"
This course will introduce participants to mindfulness as a tool for enhanced self-effectiveness through an improved sense of moment by moment awareness. The course will be based on the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction program developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn and will focus particularly on addressing the stress faced by scientists in their everyday working lives.
