Joshua A Gordon, from Columbia University, USA, is interested in systems neuroscience approaches to psychiatric disease. His work focuses on two main areas: schizophrenia and anxiety. He studies genetic models of these diseases from an integrative neuroscience perspective with a focus on understanding how a given disease mutation leads to a behavioral phenotype in disease-related mouse models. He has been invited by Victoria Puig (IMIM) and Mara Dierssen (CRG).
