UPF: New research has annotated the genes involved in the progression of breast cancer

News from the UPF

A study published on November 22 in the journal PLoS ONE has investigated from the perspective of computational biology, the progression of breast cancer with metastasis to the lung and brain. The work was led by Attila Gursoy, from the Computational and Systems Biology research group at the Koc University in Istanbul (Turkey), during a research stay in the Structural Bioinformatics Research Group led by Baldomero Oliva at the GRIB (IMIM-UPF).
