News from CRG
Four research groups from the Centre for Genomic Regulation (one co-affiliated to the Centro Nacional de Análisis Genómico) have received a prestigious European Research Council (ERC) grant for a joined project.
The 5-year project led by Miguel Beato and entitled "4D-genome: Dynamics of human genome architecture in stable and temporal changes in gene expression", has been awarded 12.2 million euros. It aims to address the 3D structure of the human genome and its role in gene expression from various different points of view.
This consolidates the CRG's position as one of the most successful Spanish research centres in attracting competitive European funding.
