Mindfulness for improved self mastery and time management

The practice of mindfulness is increasingly recognised as an effective method for improving self-management and reducing stress. Scientists’ achievement orientated work styles and rhythms can sometimes aggravate a tendency to disconnect from the present moment and lose perspective on priorities. This course will introduce participants to mindfulness as a tool for enhanced self-effectiveness through an improved sense of moment by moment awareness.
