202 scientific conferences took place at the park from January to July 2010. These conferences are open to the scientific community at PRBB and also to external researchers, since the announcements are always published also at local biomedical research centres, like the Science Park (PCB), IRB, Hospital Clínic, Vall d’Hebron and many others.

The conference working group with representatives from each centre organized 31 “PRBB-CRG Conferences” and programmed already 15 more until the end of the year. This series invites top researchers to the park and is financed in equal parts by CRG and PRBB.

The capacity to invite international speakers has been outstanding. 47% of the speakers came from centres outside of Spain (95). The most represented countries were the USA (29), UK (18), Germany (13), France (9) and Italy (7). Furthermore there were 30 speakers from research centres in Spain and 77 conferences with internal speakers coming from the centres at the park.


Conferències científiques del PRBB: la meitat dels ponents són de fora

De gener a juliol de 2010 s’han dut a terme 202 conferències científiques. Aquestes conferències estan obertes a la comunitat científica del PRBB i també a investigadors externs, ja que els anuncis es publiquen sempre als centres de recerca biomèdica locals, com el Parc Científic (PCB), IRB, l'Hospital Clínic, Vall d'Hebron i molts altres.

El grup de treball, format per representants de cada centre, ha organitzat 31 "PRBB-CRG conferences" i ha programat ja 15 més fins a final d’any. Aquest programa convida els millors investigadors i està finançat a parts iguals pel CRG i el PRBB.

La capacitat per convidar ponents internacionals ha estat excel.lent. 47% dels oradors provenien de centres de fora d'Espanya(95). Els països més representats van ser els EUA (29), Regne Unit (18), Alemanya (13), França (9) i Itàlia (7). A més hi va haver 30 oradors de centres de recerca d’Espanya i 77 conferències de ponents interns, procedents dels centres del Parc.
