It’s 2027 and the world has become disruptive, chaotic and hopeless as no children have been born for many years. This film, by Mexican filmmaker Alfonso Cuarón (“Y tu mamá también”) is loosely based on PD James novel by the same name. A kind of heroic journey exploring themes of hope, civil disorder and spirituality.
